Junior Pricing Consultant

Als junge Unternehmensberatung unterstützen wir unsere Kunden bei allen komplexen Fragestellungen rund um die Themenfelder Preis, Profitabilität & Data Intelligence. Wir begleiten die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von zukunftsfähigen Preisstrategien ebenso wie die projektbezogene Implementierung von B2B Pricing Software Lösungen. Dabei greifen wir bei der Kunden- und Datenanalyse auf AI-Technologien zurück und verknüpfen dies mit unserer fundierten Expertise im strategischen Price Management.

Role description

Better way to know

  • Lead client engagements to assess, identify, design, and implement pricing best practices.
  • Conduct qualitative customer interviews & rigours analysis to form insights.
  • Prepare and run client workshops.
  • Develop practical solutions and methodologies; supported by "documentation".
  • Coach and lead customers on pricing and sales best practices.
  • Develop and maintain contact with client’s decision makers.
Key requirements

Better way to know

  • M.A./M.S. degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience (5-7 or more years) in a pricing role that includes solid exposure to pricing processes & methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts.
  • Ability to generate insights from data.
  • Sense of responsibility to self, team, and client.
  • Structured and solution oriented.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong business understanding and customer empathy.
  • Fluent English skills required; German or any other languages are considered an advantage.

  • Be able to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills; ability to clearly justify decisions/articulate information and develop viable alternatives.
  • Able to work cross-functionally, partnering with right stakeholders to drive results.
